netgear Genie crash on surface Pro 3

Hi Everybody !

Anybody has any insight ? I can run Netgear genie on a Surface pro 1, on a laptop, on Asus Vivo pc, all either with windows 7 or windows 10. 

But on my Surface Pro 3, it always crash 2 seconds after start of the softwares. Tried all the compatibily function provided in windows to still no successs..

any insight ??

1. What version of NETGEAR Genie do you have installed?

2. Has it worked before with a previous version?

3. Are you getting an error message? If yes, what is the error message?

4. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?

1) The last version of course

2) It has worked with a previous version, but I cannot be sure which one.

3) General error message (windows) : The software has stopped working........
