nighthawk app
i have a nighthawk rounter, no problem with the unit. my problem is when i enter the nighthawk phone app, after i log in, the 1st screen shows a add for Insight Premium subscription. I press the home icon (3 bars) then it takes me to the next page with my name , i press that icon and nothing happens, so how do i delete the 1st page to access the rest of the app? I delete app 3 times and placed the app back on my phone. (i phone) i also disconneted the phone VPN.

Which router is this? What firmware version?
The operation of the app is tied to the firmware version on the router.
Bugs like this sometimes get fixed, eventually, in new firmware.
It isn't reliable enough to rely on the device to report if there is new firmware available. That's best done by checking the support pages for your device.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
