nighthawk router AC2300 not showing up in my products on app
I am using my sons old router. I had another router connected to the nighthawk app. and now this router will not come up in my iphone app. at all. It does not show any product. I have deleted app, on phone and reinstalled and also rebooted the router. It shows the devices connected but will not let me pause it. It says, "this comp. is not connected to your network." but it is.

1. Modem your using?
2. when you setup the router, did you factory reset it to install or just use the prior settings? if you're using the prior settings, I'd factory reset and install.
3. What firmware is on the router?
4. If you log in via the browser, does it work appropriately?
