App won't accept password, error message: "Logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persists, try rebooting your device."
Device reboot does not fix the issue.
Using browser to change password does not fix the issue.
From what I can see of others' issues is that this problem is 6 months to a year old, but nothing seems to allow the app to be used. Have any solutions been discovered?
