registration problem from genie app
Hi,
I've registered my product on the web (netgear.com) but from the Genie app registration does not work. it says unsuccessful.
This might be preventing me to use Amazon Alexa for controlling my router. Because my account is linked but it does not do what I ask (for example enable guest network)
what might be my problem ?

1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Are you referring to the Remote Login feature of the Genie app? If yes, have you tried the steps on the link below?

3. Are you getting an error message? If yes, please provide a screenshot.

the problem continues but since I was able to register through web, it does not cause any issue to me.
If you belive it should be solved, please help me..
