I am trying to get my NightHawk APP to connect to my router but I did not connect the APP before I left my home, I do have Remote Management turned on in the router but I still can't connect to it with the APP, I have access to my router through remote desktop, Is there a way to still get the APP connected.

Do you know the router's WAN IP address?
