Anything should work with the R8000P listed in your footer.
(AC4000 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.)

Pick what you want. Most will deliver both.

No and yes. Take your pick. It can be easier to stock with one brand because you get used to their controls.
