Devices not listed in network map in app after wired sattelites

Hi community

I am new here. I have the Nighthawk wifi6 mesh system MK63.

Having wired the sattelites for better performance (Or actually even working as intended) my devices connected to the wired sattelites suddenly can't be seen in the Nighthawk app.

The device (e.g. my phone) is on wifi and working but it doesn't appear in the network map on either the router og any of the 2 sattelites.

Have anyone experienced similar?

Best regards, Peter

    Hi Peter,

May you reinstall the Nighthawk app and check to see if you're able to see the connected devices from the admin page via web browser at routerlogin.net.

    Thanks

      Hi Christian,

      Thanks for your reply.

I have tried re-installing the app as suggested. However, no change in result.

Yes, I see the device on router login.

Actually I can also see the device in the app.................

      Looking at the Network map

On the wired sattelite "No connected Device found"

      Looking at the Device manager

The device appear in the device manager

However: Pushing the individual devices, On devices NOT CONNECTED to the wired sattelite (That is the router or the wireless connected sattelite) it states in the top of the device "Connected to sattelite/router name 2,4/5 GHZ wifi"

On devices connected to the wired sattelite this line doesn't exist

???????????? In general there seems to be some kind of communication issue between the router and the sattelite in the Nighthawk system. I have struggled with multicast broadcasting related to Sonos which has never been solved

Really hoping for any kind of help

      Best regards

      Peter
