Dynamic DNS "The specified hostname is not available" [MR60 — Nighthawk Mesh WiFi 6 Router]
Hardware Version: MR60
Firmware Version: V1.1.6.122_2.0.58
I had previously set up DDNS on my router for {myhostname}.mynetgear.com.
Today I tried logging into my VPN and I'm seeing "RESOLVE: Cannot resolve host address: {myhostname}.mynetgear.com:12974 (No such host is known. )"
When I click "Show Status", it says that it was updated as of yesterday.
However, I still get "Ping request could not find host {myhostname}.mynetgear.com. Please check the name and try again."
I clicked the option to reset DDNS, but that simply removed my DDNS settings.
When I try to apply the DDNS settings I had before, it won't let me because "The specified hostname is not available".
Is there some way I can gain access back to my hostname?
I'd rather not settle for changing it if possible.
