How to measure wifi RF signal strength/level (in decibel-milliwatts)?
Does anyone know how to measure wifi RF signal strength/level (in decibel-milliwatts) using an iPhone, iPad or a windows notebook/laptop?

Measuring - seriously? With expensive lab equipment probably.
Scratch the Apple systems, drivers most likely are not willing to share enough information. So better Windows. Some better WiFi analyzer tools allow reading certain information from the radio module driver, start with the MetaGeek inSSIDer.
Analyzing: Yes.
Measuring: No.
