Installation of Nighthawk with Comcast Internet
Attempted to install AX1800 with my Comcast internet and found out there is some incompatibility as it couldn't complete it's connection. I could see the router with my devices but it never connected to the internet. Does anyone know how to rectify this problem?

AX1800 is a speed, not a model.
What actual model do you have?
Is it a modem/router combo device?
Did you contact xfinity to have your service provisioned?
Usually you test parts to see if they're working. Plug a computer into the Comcast modem to make sure that works. Then plug the router into the known working modem.
A technician should have done that for you if they helped install things. If they didn't (Comcast forced me to self install first, even when I knew it'd fail) then you contact Comcast and tell them what you've tried. They'll run you through troubleshooting steps, and if needed send out a tech.
The model number should be on the bottom of the router.
