Is there a way to keep my mr60 @ 2.4 mhz to install products

I have a product that will only install at 2.4 mhz. It is a solarius video doorbell. My MR60 won't recognize it to install the software and the wireless connection. Any suggestions.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Go to Advance > Advance Setup > Customize Network. In there you will be able to create a 2.4Ghz and a 5Ghz network separatelly.
