MR 60 Support Call and apparent followup
So just made my first call to MR60 support to get my Satelite working again. They called me znd I went to SOS.Splashtop.com. The accessed my system and got me working. unplugged satelite and put in other area and waited for it to work. Went back to computer and found my new SUPPORT BUDDY perusing my internet history. Felt real creepy and out of line. I sincerely believe if I ever need their support again I will get different...NON netgear equipment. At least I had this place to vent.

Re: MR 60 Support Call and apparent followup
You may have been contacted by a false an fake person. NG will never ask you to put remote controlling apps on your PC. No NG would not refer to you a 3rd party support site.
I recommend you unistall what was installed and do a full malware scan of your PC.
