MR60 Port Forwarding issue

I am fairly new to port forwarding and all.  I have a Linux server that I have created in my home.  I have the port forwarding setup for 2 ports but I can no longer see the server from itself or the Internet.  I have the registrar pointing at my public IP.  I know enough to know I am not sure where to go next.  Any help will be appreciated.  If more info is needed please give me a list of questions you need answered and I will be more than happy to help you help me.  Thanks.  Merry Christmas and have a blessed day.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Had the server been accessible from the outside before?

Can you try the MR directly connected to the CM modem?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
