MR60 connection fail

Does the MR60 use all 8 Ethernet wires or just the green and orange?

Having trouble losing the red light!

We need some more details. 

"all 8 ethernet wires". Are you talking the 4x pairs of of wiring within an ethernet cable? 

Are you talking that you have mulitple connections and you need 8x ethernet cord connections? 

What exactly are you referring to with this? 

What red light are you talking about specifically? 

What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

You also put in your signature/model the EX6400. is that connected or what does that have to do with the post?
