MR60 stopped working

Everything was fine yesterday, today have a white flashing light on the router.
Have tried resetting it no effect. It’s 15 months old. Not had a problem with it before.
Have internet from our router (eero) so it’s definitely the MR60 that’s just given up.
Anything else I can try before binning it and buying a non NetGear replacement WiFi mesh?
Thanks

Can you access the MRs web page at all with a wired PC?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Re: MR60 stopped working
A third reset stopped the white light flashing.
All went blue, great, but nothing actually connected to the internet. Went through the setup and still the same.
Walked away for 10 mins and it prompted me to set up again and all is back working.
Seems to be connecting again now.
Thanks for the help.

Re: MR60 stopped working
Was the system auto FW updated or did you manually update FW?
Good to hear.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Re: MR60 stopped working
I have a feeling it tried to update the FW overnight and that’s what caused it to go offline. Perhaps it finished installing but hit a problem and when the reset finally kicked in it was all up to date.
Thanks for the backup link.

Re: MR60 stopped working
Ok, Ya I had a hunch that was the problem. Not the first time AU has caused problems. Why I manually update my systems.
I recommend check to see under Router Update that AU can be disabled on the MRs web page under Advanced Tab. I believe it can be.
