I have never been treated so poorly by a company support and one that I have paid extra for their services. I  have made four calls on one problem,

Netgear customer service takes your phone number to call back and then they do not call back even after promising they will. One person did call back but he did not call the second time when the phone broke off. They will not let you talk to a supervisor when you ask for one. I will never ever purchase anything from Netgear ever again. I have had one router replaced under warranty and now this one which is not functioning.
