MR80 Mesh Resets to DeFault

I have been struggling with my MR80 Mesh network for a year now. I set the SSID and new password and then about once a week it resets itself to the default (NETGEAR62) and I have to set up the SSID again.

Firmware says it is up to date. V1.1.6.14_3.1.101

Changed channels to see if that made a difference -= not

Can anyone shed some light before I throw the system out

Try doing this. 

manually reinstall the firmware to the router and satellites. Then do your own factory reset and reinstall. 

If something is corrupt in the firmware or settings, doing both should clear that out.
