MS60 Nighthawk Satellites not working.

Satellites have stopped working within a couple of days of each other. One not showing any LED or signs of life, have tried different PSU to no avail. One glowing red on LED. Product registered early May 2021.

And pressing the reset button on the MS for 10 seconds do anything? 

Has a reset been performed on the MR and setup from scratch with the MS? 

What FW version are you using currently?

Hi, One MS60 is not working whatsoever, have tried 3 x different PSU. No LED on front.

Second MS60 glowing red LED. Have tried reset and sync.

MR60 Running V1.0.6.116 Have tried checking for updates on app but it says Firmware is up to date.
