Mr60 mesh router

Have an mr60 mesh router. I have spectrum and the modem wasn’t working so i exchanged it for a new one (lol). Internet has yet to work since swapping out modem. Have a blue light and nothing connects. I’ve reset both devices and unplugged both of them one at a time and nothing has changed. Need help working from home

What modem do you have from spectrum now? 

Try this. 

Power off the modem and the router and disconnect everything from both. Even coax from the modem. 

Wait 2 minutes. 

connect the coax back to the modem and power it on. Wait 2 minutes. 

Then connect the lan cable from the modem to the wan port on the router. 

Power the router on and wait 2 minutes. 

Then attempt to setup/use the router. 

If it works, then turn the satellites one.
