One of the satillites gets disconnected and takes even couple of days to reconnect. Support team asked me to return and get a new one. I have done that twice and I still face the same issue.
Returning and getting a new one is not the solution where the product connectivity is not stable.
I could see the connection is good for a week and one of the satillite goes down. i have changed the location multiple times and i see either one of the satillite goes down. it is not the same satillite.
I am connecting my netgear nighthawk mesh with netgear C6900 - AC1900 Wifi cable modem router.
any suggestions.

when you swap the c6900 to modem only, make sure to reboot the c6900 and the mk system. Also make sure only the mk router is connected to the c6900.
Putting the MK system into access point mode is pretty simple. Page 67 of the manual goes over that. Find the manual here:

Re: Netgear Nighthawk Mesh - 1 satellite always goes down
What mesh system do you have?
you're also using the c6900?
Has the router portion of the c6900 been disabled?
or the mesh system in access point mode?
How far from the main router is the satellite?
what are your interior walls made of?

cascading routers is a recipe for network issues. its called double nat.
What is Double NAT? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
You can try the C6900 in modem only mode or put the MK router in access point mode.

Re: Netgear Nighthawk Mesh - 1 satellite always goes down
I tried making the c6900 as modem only then, Nighthawk mesh MK63 was not recognized.
The connectivity is ISP connecting to C6900 (modem **bleep** router) and am connecting to MK63.
Advice me on how to setup MK63 as access point.
Thanks,
Vasudevan
