Re: Nighthawk Ax1500 mesh
Orange or amber? there isn't an orange so I'm thinking its amber.
The satellite is amber when its not linking to the router.
If you log into the router, are you able to confirm its connecting to the router?
What firmware is on the satellite?
And on the router?
Have you tried moving it closer to the router and re-syncing it?

Re: Nighthawk Ax1500 mesh
When I check the app it hasn’t connected to it.
I had it beside it initially installing the system and it didn’t connect there either.
The satellite does t show a firmware.
To rest can do I just hit sync on the back of the satellite?

Re: Nighthawk Ax1500 mesh
should be able to. Here's the guide.

One thing you can do is hardwire the satellite into the router. That'll lett it use the wired backhaul and you can check the firmware/update it.

Re: Nighthawk Ax1500 mesh
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk MESH products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH MESH products and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.
