Nighthawk MR60 satellite not connecting Red Light indicating Firmware Corrupted
I have a MR60 Router with 2 satellites. One satellite is working fine, the other simply does not sync anymore (worked for several months). It shows a red light on it which indicates corrupted firmware, and with it being offline and not connected to the router, HOW DOES ONE CONNECT AND MANUALLY DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE TO THE OFFLINE SATELLITE WHICH WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE ROUTER. Any advice on how to resolve this issue? I am sure this is not an isolated occurance, but I am unable to find solutions. Netgear page has instructions for manual firmware updates to a satellite which is on the newtowk, not one that is not able to connect.

Re: Nighthawk MR60 satellite not connecting Red Light indicating Firmware Corrupted
You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through using a tftp client. Use the built in one for windows 10 though. the video is more of an example of how its done.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
