Nighthawk WiFi 6 Mesh System and Metronet Fiber internet
I just switched from Mediacom cable internet to Metronet Fiber internet. I have good download speeds, but the upload speed is only at 0.07mbps. If I switch back to Mediacom, the upload and download speeds are above what I am paying for. Can anyone help me out with this?
My router is the Nighthawk WiFi 6 mesh system (MK63)
The ONT is connected straight to the Internet port on the router. I have tested with wifi and wired and get the same result. (If I connect the PC directly to the ONT, I get close to 500 up and down.)
In my searching for possible solutions, I have seen that with Orbi's and Verizon Fios, you have to set the Orbi up as an Access Point. Anyone know if this will be the same?
Thanks

What actual ONT is it?
Did you factory reset the router before installing it to metronet?
