Nighthawk mesh ms80 with different SSID won't add to MK83

I have a new MK83 package, router and 2 MS80 satellites.  Works fine.  Bought add on MS80 that has different SSID than the MK83 package, and it won't connect to the MK83 router.  Please help

Factory reset the MS by pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Then try to sync it using the MRs sync button with the MS sync button.

Try ethernet connecting it to the MR. 

Possible the MS FW is older than what your using on the current MR system which the MS would need to be updated to save version of FW.
