AC 1200 wi fi range extender
i hope some one can help me with this problem with my range extender. At vatious times during the day I lose my signal and have to unplug the extender and plug it back in to get it working. this is frustrating. I have a roomate who has the router in his room which is why I got the extender to boost the signal, does anyone have any suggestions how i keep that signal

What router is it connecting to?
What extender are you using? AC1200 is a speed and not a model.
Firmware on the extender?
Did you setup via wps or the installation wizard?
Is it both wifi channels dropping or just 1? 2.4ghz or 5ghz?
Have you tried setting a static ip address for the extender in the routers settings?
