The only one I am currently concerned with is a URC MX 450 universal remote. I also have a SONY DVD 4K player, a Sony 4K tv and marantz SR 7010 amplifier connected. I haven’t tried them, but none are showing up on my ‘connected devices’ list on the xfinity modem app. Now that I got the Lutron working it is showing up as a connected device where before it wasn’t even listed as an unconnected device

So those are wireless connected. When they are connected to the main host router do they appear? Turn OFF The EX and test with all devices connected to the main host router. Then turn ON the EX and let it come to ready. You'll need to reboot all the other devices and see if they will connect to the EX. The URC should if you have it near the EX or in the same room with it.

thanks for the advice. It turns out the wifi extender was on its way out. It stopped functioning altogether and would no longer stay on.. The router was also not working, we worked though the analysis with the ISP, modem was sending signal, but router was not transmitting wifi. I ended up tossing all three and bought new equipment. So far, it is functioning fine, as it should.
