Why does the Router Link LED light keep going from red to green? I am not tech savvy at all.

the router link led shows the connection back to the router. It could be to far away, there could be interference. Tough to know exactly why.
maybe try some different locations or change the band your router broadcasts on.
How far from the router is it and what is in the way? (how many walls/floors, what are they made from, furniture, etc)
