AC2200 or EX7700
My extender lights are not working any longer but when I log on to the app, it says it is connected and working. Any ideas? I’ve also tried several times to update the firmware without success. Can anyone help?

And the app says its working fine but the lights on it are off?
All the lights are off or which ones? Because if the power light is off, it shouldn't even be on.
You're able to log into it to check the firmware?
What version are you on?
what router are you connecting it to?
Are you setting it up using wps or the installation assistant?
If the app says its working, maybe its the LED drivers that are bad?
How do you know for sure it isn't working?
