ANT224D10 connectors/compatability

Hello all- my company bought a pair of ANT224D10 antennas to connect two buildings via a pair of wireless routers in bridge mode.

The routers are devices made by Buffalo.

The antennas have what appears to be a reverse polarity N type plug and the routers have reverse polarity sma connectors.

The antenna comes with an adaptor that converts the antenna side connector to be a reverse polarity sma connector.

I have been searching for an adaptor or cable that can connect the two devices, but the configuration I'm looking for (a cable with RP-SMA male at both ends or an adaptor like this one) is so hard to find that it makes me doubt that these devices are compatible.

Is this even possible? Are these devices compatible? Does Netgear sell adaptors or cables that would work for this purpose?
