On a scale of technical ability, I am a 3. The Mesh Extender has so far defeated me. I downloaded the app, and everything seems to be going well until the very last step... Where I get an error message "Trouble Connection to (my wifi network)

Is says to go to settings, wifi, and connect to (my wifi)

First, my phone is always conntected to my wifi. When I go there, it is already connected.

The app says, TRY AGAIN...

No luck.

I reset the device, unplug, plug it in... I cannot get past this last step.

I have a Google WiFi device is that matters.
