Ac1900 WiFi extender ex6400 firmware
I am having connectivity issues. My lights are all green but still have no internet. I am sure the firmware needs to be updated because it was unplugged for 9+ months. I have reset everything and started over but I am still having issues. I tried to download new firmware but it says I don’t have internet-so i connected to another internet source and downloaded the firmware to the pc. I tried downloading that firmware and it tells me the file is not correct. Help!

many time people download the firmware and try to directly install it.
It has to be extracted as it comes in a zip file. Not just double clicked on but extracted. If you're on windows, right click on it and go to the extract all option.
That'll extract the file you need to install. Try this.
when you're installing, not all router manufacturers do a great job of their wps option. Sometimes you have to use the smart connection wizard with netgear. Another thing to check is special characters. If your router password has special characters or spaces, remove them.
