Can't connect to EX6400 after getting green light from new router
Got a new router. It's working fine. Set up the extender by router, got the green light, then put back into place and got the green light but when I tried to connect my devices, it does not work. The ipad and iphone asked me for new route password but the old extender i had been using did not ask me for password. that's all I can tell you.
can you help me get the entenders working in my addition? i dont understand why it didn't ask me for new passwords for the new router i installed today.,

Re: Can't connect to EX6400 after getting green light from new router
1. what router do you have?
2. what firmware is on the extender?
3. I take it you installed it using the WPS method of install? If so, factory reset the extender (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on) then install the extender using the installation assistant and NOT wps.
