I tried to log into my community account today for the first time in a long while and since my last login I had changed my email address on my Netgear account. I suspect that this change may have contributed to the following issue.
It would not let me login to community, but forced me to register. It wouldn't let me use my existing login (168bill) as unsurprisingly it said it already existed. So, I selected a new community login (0168bill) and all then worked ok.
However, I now have a community account that is completely empty of any history.
Would it be possible to reset my account back to my original community login of 168bill in order that I have all my old history?
