Compatability
Hi, sometime last year I bought the EX8000 range extender, and it worked perfect I was able to get 800Mbps off of it, and then the isp provided modem(combo) stoped working so they provided us with a new one, and it was a wifi6 comcast modem but now my extender, is lucky to be able to get 10 Mbps, is there a compatibility issue between this extender and wifi 6 modem(combos) and or routers.

Re: Compatability
there shouldn't be.
I've used my EX8000 with a RAX200, CAX80, RAXE500 all with success.
What router did they set you up with?
Did you setup the extender using wps or using the installation assistant?

Re: Compatability
what router is it?
Comcast supplies people with a lot of different routers.
Try installing it using the installation assistant and not wps.
You might need to factory reset the extender to install that route.
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
