DGND3300 & DGN2000 for wireless repeating. Which wireless mode?
Hi,
I have successfully set up wireless repeating using a Netgear DGND3300v2 as the Wireless Base Station and a Netgear DGN2000 as the Repeater with Wireless Client Association.
Although it works (mostly) I do not know which wireless mode is best to use on each device. For the DGND3300v2 wireless base station I can choose between:
Up to 300Mbps at 2.4GHz
Up to 300Mbps at 5GHz & 54Mbps at 2.4GHz
Up to 145Mbps at 2.4GHz
Up to 145Mbps at 5GHz & 54Mbps at 2.4GHz
and for the DGN2000 as the Repeater with Wireless Client Association between:
g & b.
g only
b only
Up to 130 Mbps
Up to 270 Mbps
Can anyone advise me which ones I should choose for each device? Any help very much appreciated.
Thanks.
