EX 8000 power light flashing green

I have having an issue with my EX8000 extender where the Power light keeps flashing green and will not stop. All the lights on the front keep flashing white. I have tried to reset the device and nothing happens. If I shut the router down and then turn it back on, I can push the reset button and the power light will flash red but the device does not reset. Not sure what happended here. I just unplugged the device to move it to another room and then it started to give me this error. Not sure what could be causing this issue and what to do to resolve this. Any suggestion you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I know nothing about the EX8000, and I didn't see the documentation
mention a flashing power indicator, but on typical router models, that
    would indicate corrupt firmware.

You may be a candidate for the TFTP recovery scheme.  See, for
    example:

          https://community.netgear.com/t5/x/x/m-p/1622096#M102004

For a typical router, the default LAN IP address is "192.168.1.1",
or, for a modem+router, "192.168.0.1".  According to the EX8000 User
Manual, its default IP address "192.168.1.250".  If that holds when its
brain is fried, then you'd need to specify that address instead of one
of the ".1" addresses (which is normally suggested in the instructions)
when attempting the TFTP firmware load.

That should be a pretty safe operation, but sometimes a transient
event can disturb a gizmo like this.
