EX2700 WiFi extender not connecting

The green power light on my wifi extender keeps blinking, and I can't connect to the network. I've used a pin to try and factory reset - that didn't work at all - green light just kept blinking. I've tried different outlets in my house - nothing. 

I tried to download the latest firmware update, however when i open the file it tells me "the disc image file is corrupted," so that didn't work.

I wiped it from my saved networks and tried to re-add it - didn't work. 

I feel like I've tried most of the answers I find searching this community and Google, but nothing seems to be working. Suggestions? Thanks.

Hi @thetorontokid,

                              Did you tried connecting wired to it, assigned static IP in extender's range and attempted pinging to see if you get replies?
