EX3800 Config
Hello,
I have a small office on a building that has a shared wifi service. To access the internet we choose the network on the Operating System and then on the browser appears a splash screen where we make the login with the needed credentials. My office is on an extreme spot on the building where there is some difficulty to get wifi signal… so I needed a range extender right from the start.
Now my issue: with the first extender that I had (and that died on me recently… so I bought the EX3800) after we made the splash screen login, any other device could access the internet (from that range extender) without the need to do the splash screen login process all over again! But with the EX3800 EVERY single device has to pass through the splash screen login to access the internet! For convenience I really need the flexibility that the first extender had - now I cannot even connect to the internet a smart TV we have because, and I do not know why, I cannot access the splash screen with it!
From what I read online I need to config NAT (Network Address Translation) on the EX3800… but how??? This is really vital for my business! Please help me! Thanks in advance!
