EX6120 Password Issues
Hi,
My extender connects to the router and I have a green light, however when I try to connect my laptop, having tried 2no. of them, it says the WiFi Network Key is incorrect. Its is the same one used to connect the extender to the router. So I dont understand.
Thanks

Re: EX6120 Password Issues
What router are you connecting it to?
did you install the extender using WPS (push button) or using the installation assistant?

Re: EX6120 Password Issues
Hello @Richard001
Password protection will prevent unauthorized access to your EX6000 or EX6120 user interface. By default, password protection is enabled but you can also disable it to allow access to the user interface without typing your login credentials.

Re: EX6120 Password Issues
Hi, I sorted it thanks. Router was connected to extender via WPS, so I tried the same with the laptop to the extender and it worked.
Thanks
