EX7500 - cannot connect to extender after firmware stall
EX7500 - cannot connect to extender after firmware stall... Not install... the firmware stalled during installation. after 4 hrs... just in case I had to power down as the only option to move forward.
I then tried connecting with mywifiext.local ( I am Macintosh Based no Windows machines ).
I then did a factory reset and all seemed ok, Solid Blue lighte where i am suppoed to have them... did the WPS thing but still cannot connect. Web browser just hangs and doesnt open the config page / wizard. I have treid Safari, Chrome, Firefox and even Opera but none will connect.
Of course all was just fne, up until like Jan 11, 2019, before i tried to update the formware.
Many solutions say to connect ethernet a computer but the 7500 does not have an ethernet port.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Joe

Re: EX7500 - cannot connect to extender after firmware stall
Hello Joe - Please perform a factory reset on the extender. After doing so, you'll have to go through the setup again.
