EX7500 connect

The power, the WPS LED, and Router link lights are on. I have chosen the best location but it still not let me connect my devices. It says authentication error occurred. I don't know if the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz should be on but the 5 GHz came on red than blue than never came on. I need how to be able to work so I can connect the wifi to the devices.

    What router are you connecting it to? 

    How did you set it up? Using wps or using the installation assistant?
