EX7700 not letting me sign in

Hi, thanks for quick response. The extender is using firmware: V1.0.0.226
The WiFi router I'm using is supplied by TalkTalk and is a Sagemcom FAST 5364-3.
On purchase last year, the set up was using the WPS button. I also have the Nighthawk app but don't use it much.
As I say until the start of May we never had an issue with it. I've just come in from work and have to switch it off and on so my phone can connect again.

I've had a strong dislike of the sagemcom devices. seems like I see a lot of issues on here from users on that router.
Try factory resetting the extender and installing it using the installation assistant. Seems like more users have had success that route.

I left my phone to keep trying to connect and eventually it stopped and said IP CONFIGURATION FAILURE. What can be causing this? Try going into the sagemcom and setting up the netgear with a static ip address.
