Our extender quit working today and after doing a re-set its saying our password is now incorrect. We never changed this so I fear it got hacked. I have re-set our router password but I have tried at least 10 times now to do a factory reset (it won't do a factory reset) on this device. When I try to sync with the WPS button and click the NETGEAR for wifi my phone, ipad or laptop will not connect to it. Any advice on how to get in to change the password as an admin without connecting to the router or how to do a factory reset on this? It seems the reset button is just a reset not facorty.
