Extender set up

I am trying to reinstall my extender. The extender has been installed and working for the last year but recently has stopped and required me to set up a new profile? I get through set up and once i go through the choice of connecting to the network i want to extend the program logs be out and i have to start all over again by logging in once again. In essence i am no longer able to use the extender

Try factory resetting the extender (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on), then hardwire into the extender and attempt setup that route. When you do, make sure the device you hardwire in has its wifi disabled so it doesn't default back to the wireless connection.
You can also try another browser as well.
