Extender7300

I have found the whole website difficult to use. Not been able to access help line without being 54th in the queue. No help anywhere. Having difficulty connecting my two Nighthawk extenders (they do not even show the model I have here) X4 AC2200

model EX7300.  I have followed set up instructions next to router but when I position them in the room I need them to be in they do not connect to wifi. Any suggestions welcome.
