Firmware update EX7500
Modem died and I since got another. Trying to up date new modem details in my EX7500 and its telling me it need a firmware update. The problem is I can't connect to the EX7500 and the internet at the same time so I do I down load the new firmware into the EX7500?

You can download the firmware, extract it, and then just manually install it. the manual walks you through a manual firmware update.
