Help Regarding Port Forwarding (Nighthawk R6900)

I'm attempting to port forward my 25565 port for a minecraft server, however, websites like canyouseeme.org have been telling me that the port is closed. I can connect to the server without any problems, however, other computers online cannot. I have set my PC to have a static internal IP address (hence the IP 192.168.100) and am using that within the server properties as the server ip. 

I have a program (my server) running that should be attempting to listen to port 25565, however my friends cannot join using my public IP address that you would normally use to join the server. 

Very confused here, and I'm not the most knowledgable here, would like some help, thanks.
