I Setup ex7000 extender but it’s not found by devices

Setup extender. Did the firmware update. Reset network connections on iPhone. Says it’s all set up on Netgear site but the Netgear extender is not appearing on any of my devices as a wifi network. Not existing at all. Followed all advice from previous posts, resetting, switching off, firmware etc and nothing works

    The EX7000 is a mesh extender. So if setup using the mesh function (onessid), it won't show as a seperate network. 

    Are you using the mesh feature? 

    Did you set it up using wps?
