Incorrect password netgear extender

Recently swapped broadband provider and had to re pair my Netgear extender to the new router. Kept getting incorrect password which I've seen regularly on posts - bit then realised that the password wanted was not my WiFi password but the extender network password. This can be found by finding the IP address of the extender on your network via your broadband app and them using that IP address in a browser to get into the extender set up routine - which will tell you the internal network password that you need to connect to it. In my case an ugly, very large password of lowercase letters and digits. And hey presto, several days frustatinos solved in 10 minutes.
